Yes! ONYX is completely free. You can browse and watch anime without creating an account.

No account is needed to watch. Creating a free account lets you save anime to your watchlist, track your progress, and rate shows.

Click the profile icon in the sidebar and select "Sign Up". Enter your email and choose a password — it only takes a few seconds.

Go to your profile page by clicking your avatar in the sidebar. From there you can update your display name, email, and password.

Try switching to a different video player using the provider buttons above the video. Some players work better for certain anime — if one does not load, another usually will.

Use the "SUB / DUB" toggle in the episode player. Availability depends on the title — not all anime have an English dub.

Use the "Report" button below the video player to flag a broken episode. Our team reviews reports and fixes issues as quickly as possible.

Yes! Use the "Request" option in the sidebar menu to submit a missing title. We add requested anime on a regular basis.

Open any anime page and click the bookmark icon or the "Add to Watchlist" button. You can also set a status like "Watching", "Completed", or "Plan to Watch".

Your watch progress is saved automatically when you are logged in. You can also update it manually from the anime page.

Click "Sign In" then "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we will send you a reset link right away.

Try switching to a different video player using the provider buttons. You can also try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

Make sure you are using a player that supports subtitles. Try switching providers — some players have built-in subtitle support while others do not.

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If the problem continues, try a different browser or disable any extensions that might be interfering.
